MILTON PENA

In 2007 I got a call from my Uncle Hector, who at the time had 25 years of experience working at a supply company. He gave me a opportunity to come in, watch and soak in everything he knew about the sign business first hand. I quickly went from supplying sign materials to the production table. I’ve been producing and installing signs in the Austin Area for the past 12 years, and as Managing Member of MR Vinyl I’m looking forward to discovering the next generation of great sign makers and installers.

ROBERT GUTIERREZ

I sent my first print for my Dad, Xavier Gutierrez when I was 8, but even before that I was watching him work all the time. I remember walking the underground tunnels of The State Capitol from the printers to Senators offices delivering prints with my Grandpa, Robert Gomez who was director of senate publications and printing for over 30 years. Along the way I picked up a love for design/layout and expanded on our family’s long history of printing. I’ve been servicing the greater Austin area for over 10 years and looking forward to the next 10 as a Managing Member of MR Vinyl, giving my son Jacob and generations of designers to follow an opportunity to continue the family business.
